Since March, I have been on a Philadelphia Cream Cheese quest! The first order of business was to try to be selected as a finalist in a cooking contest. Whether appetizer, side dish, entree or dessert - it didn't matter! I wanted to FINALLY be recognized for my love of cooking! With fairy dust in my eyes, I figured out how to juggle my 50+ hour a week job that lately has been 90% travel -- and prepare recipe after recipe using Philadelphia cream cheese.
In all honesty, preparing all of this food with Philadelphia cream cheese has not been a chore! I LOVE Philadelphia cream cheese and have cooked with it for over 30 years!
But the most EXCITING announcement in this contest is that Paula Deen, Kraft and EQAL have decided that in addition to the 16 cooks -- they want someone to be the Real Voice of Philadelphia -- the ultimate cheerleader spot!
THAT'S ME!!!!!! LOL
While I'm new to this blogging thing -- I do have a diary -- and I want to publish it here for you so you can understand just what this journey has been for me!!!
